The Legal / Tax Seminar presented the general framework and the attractiveness of investments in E&P in Brazil, addressing the legal and taxation aspects of exploration, development and production activities (E&P). The event was aimed at company representatives - directors, managers, administrators, consultants, lawyers, technicians and investors - who have paid the Brasil Round 5 participation fee, and ANP concessionaires.

The presentations were made by ANP technicians, governmental organizations and private institutions with experience in legal, tax and financial aspects of the petroleum and natural gas industry. Specific explanation of the Brasil Round 5 Concession Contract were given at special sessions (round table discussions).
