1. No formal data room will exist
for this Round. A Legal and Financial
workshop and a technical workshop
will be held in Rio de Janeiro in
May, 2003. Attendance and participation
in this workshop is available only
to representatives of Companies who
have paid the Participation Fee and
representatives of ANP Concessionaire
companies.

The Portuguese
version of the Initial Tender Protocol
published on Friday (03/14) was rectified
to include the following corrections:
»updating
of the area and number of offered
blocks in Onshore Espírito
Santo Basin (page 8, table 1);
»exclusion
of the coordinates of 12 blocks located
in Potiguar Basin (page 53, annex
I), according to the environmental
studies communiqué.
