basins listed in Table 8 of the Final
Tender Protocol, companies are limited
to submitting bids, as operators,
for a maximum of 2 (two) blocks among
those listed. This restriction also
applies to affiliated companies.

There will be no restrictions, for
the sectors listed in Table 8, for
companies which submit bids in consortia,
as non-operators, even if these companies
submit the maximum number of bids,
as operators, for these sectors.

Submission of a greater number of
bids to that listed in Table 8 will
disqualify all the bids submitted
by the company, as an operator, for
the listed sector.
