Bonus can not be less then the established
minimum value.

the Blocks that require operators
“C”, the value of
the minimum Signature Bonus will
be R$ 10,000 (ten thousand Reals).

For the Blocks
that require operators “B”
the value of the minimum Signature
Bonus will be R$ 20,000 (twenty
thousand Reals).

For the Blocks
that require operators “A”
the value of the minimum Signature
Bonus will be R$ 100,000 (one
hundred thousand Reals).
Any bids lower
than the minimum values will be disqualified.
