Final Tender Protocol

The Final Tender Protocol substitutes the Initial Tender Protocol. It follows the guidelines contained in ANP Ordinance 174 of October 25, 1999 as well as other relevant legislation and defines the rules
which must be followed by all companies interested in participating in Brasil Round 5. The Final Tender Protocol includes the Concession Agreement as Annex XIII.
