Bid evaluation

The evaluation of bids considers:

» Signature Bonus, with weight of 40% of the final score (the bid cannot be under the values of the tender protocol);

» The local content, weight of 20% of the final score (5% for exploration and 15% for development phases). The local content must consider the maximum and minimum values established on the final tender protocol and on ANNEX VI.

» The Local content bid must be presented in spreadsheets (must be presented both in digital and printed format for each block). The total must match with the values of local content of the system.

» MEP constitutes 40% of the final score, and must be expressed in integers (greater than zero). The values will be applied according to the provisions of the Final Tender Protocol, table 12.
