Tender Protocol
The Final Tender Protocol has the proposed
rules and procedures for Brasil Rounds 8. The Concession
Agreement is included in the Final Tender Protocol.
The document contains the applicable
rules for exploration, evaluation, development and production
of oil and natural gas for the blocks with exploratory risk.
It also lists the 14 sectors of the 7 sedimentary basins
offered in this round and detailed, in the indicative schedule,
the deadline for the role bidding process.
